Client Questionnaire

Before we begin our projects, we like to get to know our clients a little better. Embarking on a design project together means that members of the Studio MH team will be in regular contact with you and your family, and even in your home or spaces. It’s our goal to begin a project equipped with all the information we need to make the process straightforward and orderly. Please fill out the questionnaire below and read over our billing and accounting procedures to help us begin a successful partnership.

Billing & Accounting

At Studio MH we use Quickbooks as our business operating platform. This allows us to automate our invoicing and provide clients with multiple payment options in a secure and confidential manner. 

When the time comes we will e-mail the invoice to your preferred e-mail(s). When received, you will be able to view the invoice and pay with one click.  Because you enter the payment information (e-check or credit card), the complete information is never shared with us, keeping your information completely confidential.

If you want a paper invoice or prefer to pay with a paper check, that’s easily accommodated too.  

Please know that we are 100% flexible with these arrangements.  If something needs to change, even just one time, please let us know!
